My first tip is about removing the paint from pips on dice.
The pips are the dots that represent the number you've rolled.
When I put my stickers on my dice, I usually need to remove the paint from the pips so it doesn't show up through my clear stickers.
At first I scratched the paint away very carefully with a tiny blade but someone told me to try using denatured alcohol/methylated spirits instead. It's a clear liquid chemical used to clean up paint spills etc and it's very cheap. (I bought a litre bottle for $3)
I used a q tip soaked in methylated spirits and dug inside each pip. The liquid helped the paint come off the dice and the q tip also helped to soak it up. It took a few q tips but they're pretty cheap too.
Warning: don't submerge the dice in the methylated spirits to try and help the paint come off quicker; the shine on the dice will also be removed so try to just focus on the paint inside the pips. (I learned that the hard way
